Dr. Kelsey Lehrer is originally from Abington, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s at the University of Denver while playing division I lacrosse for the Pioneers. She pursued her career in dentistry and earned her doctorate in dental medicine at Temple University. Dr. Lehrer is committed to providing her patients with comprehensive dental care in Philadelphia, PA using the best technology and dental materials. Her excitement for continuing education in dentistry allows her to provide her patients with the best standard of care. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association.Â
When Dr. Lehrer is not in the office, she loves traveling with her husband. She is an avid skier and likes to explore new mountains. When home, she enjoys outdoor hikes with her golden doodles, attending her workout classes, and seeking out new Philadelphia restaurants.

Kara Sanford, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Sanford, originally from Hazleton, Pennsylvania, graduated from Providence College with an undergraduate degree in biology while playing Division I field hockey. Driven by a passion for giving back to her community, she went on to pursue a career in dentistry, earning her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University.
Dr. Sanford ultimately chose dentistry because it allows her to combine her creative and scientific interests while forming lasting relationships with her patients. Her professional philosophy is to treat every patient as if they were a member of her own family, always striving to provide the highest level of care possible. As her patient, you can expect a comfortable environment where you will have your concerns heard and leave with the knowledge of the best available options for your individualized treatment.
In her free time, Dr. Sanford enjoys crocheting, feeding the ducks at Wissahickon Park, spending time with her cats Bingo and Moo, and hiking through various national parks. If you have any cats of your own or hiking recommendations, she would love to hear about them at your next appointment.

Karan Nadig, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Karan Nadig was born and grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and has been practicing dentistry since 2014. He began his dental journey at Queen Mary, University of London, earning a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. While working in England, he completed a year residency program at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, honing his skills in oral surgery and medicine. After moving to the U.S. in 2020, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Nadig’s philosophy is to treat people the way he would want his family to be treated. While providing the highest quality of care, Dr. Nadig welcomes everyone with compassion, respect, and understanding in order to care for each person based on their individual values and treatment needs. Inspired by his parents, who run a medical office in rural Georgia, he strives to create the same sense of community and trust with his own patients.
Dr. Nadig is a true generalist, enjoying all areas of dentistry, and is passionate about staying ahead of new developments in dental medicine and technology. He is a firm believer in lifelong learning and an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).
Now based in Philadelphia, Dr. Nadig loves spending time with his friends and family. When he’s not in the office, you might find him skiing (he had an amazing trip to Japan in 2024), discovering good music, or with his girlfriend walking their rescue dog George.
